Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment but we just might open one really soon! 

Why do the product colors look different on my monitor than the product i received?
Different monitors display colours differently. For a more accurate representation of the colour of product, please
email us at sales@riotloco.com.

I have placed several different orders. Can I combine the postage charges and get a refund for the other orders?
No. Postage will be charged for every order placed. To avoid being charged for several orders, please check that your order
is correct before proceeding with payment. We do not refund or make exceptions for postage charges.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed.
Changes in items of your order will result in the cancellation of the entire order where you will be requested to
submit a new order again.  


Do you allow exchanges or refunds?
No. All items purchased are considered final sale.
We will not accept refunds or exchanges unless a wrong order is received.

Do you offer meet-ups or self-collection ?
We only offer meet-ups during festive seasons such as Christmas or Lunar New Year.
Besides that, we strictly do not offer meet-ups.
