All payment will be made in terms of Singapore Dollars.

Exchange rate will be based on Paypal.

Sale of items are considered FINAL once payment has been made.

Riot Loco reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Riot Loco will ensure that parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before mailing it out.

Riot Loco will not be responsible for parcels damaged during delivery.

Riot Loco will not be responsible for any lost parcels via normal mail.

We reserve the right to charge for additional postage cost if registered mails are not collected by
customers by the given stipulated timeframe from Singpost.

We reserve the right to charge for additional postage cost for parcels that are too bulky ( Shoes & bags ).

Strictly no splitting of orders - We will only deliver order to the address stated on your invoice. 
Request of delivering order to 2 addresses is not allowed. 

Pre-order items: Timeframe given upon purchase is an estimation. Riot Loco will not be held responsible for late
arrival of pre-order items. Please understand that there might be slight delays as the customs leading to
late delivery of shipment of goods.

Upon purchase of pre-order items, customers have agreed to be willing to wait for items ordered.

Pre-order items might not be available after order has been placed and payment has been made.
We sincerely apologise in advance if in any case this circumstance occurs.

Riot Loco will ensure that refunds be made accordingly. (*within 4 working days)
